Winners will be announced at the Latvian Song and Dance Festival Grand Folk Dance Concert on Sunday, July 5. DeVos Performance Hall has adopted a limited bag size policy and does not permit bags larger than 12" x 9" x 3", other than those required for medical or parenting needs.
