Gay Men's Single Mingle

Join us for a Gay Men's Single Mingle where you'll handbuild your own ceramic incense burner while revealing exactly the type you are or you're looking for. Unlike the projects in the event photo, your design will tell a personal story. Adults only (18+). Expect playful conversation and pottery projects with a grown-up twist. We'll keep the conversation flowing with fun prompts, plenty of laughs, and a room full of single gay men looking to meet new people. You'll create a one-of-a-kind incense burner, leave with a few good stories, and maybe even someone to text the next day.   Date: Thursday August, 20th Time: 6:00–8:00 PM Location: Community Clay RiNo   Alex will guide you through the handbuilding process and various finishing techniques as you shape and decorate a functional ceramic incense burner. This workshop focuses on hand-sculpting and molding techniques using clay and a variety of pottery tools rather than a pottery wheel.   What to expect: • $75 per person• 2 hours of hands-on clay instruction• 1 finished Incense burner• A social, LGBTQ+ affirming environment   No prior experience is needed, just bring yourself. All materials, tools, clay, glazing, and firing are included.   After the workshop, we’ll professionally glaze and fire your piece, and it will be ready for pickup in approximately 3 weeks.   Tickets are limited. 18+
