  and Manuel de Falla\, and features faculty guest artist Jeff Anderle\, so
 lo clarinet\, on Michael Torke's "October\," in a new version commissioned
  by ASU Orchestras. The second half of the concert features ASU Music Thea
 tre and Opera in collaboration with the ASU Symphony Orchestra presenting 
 "Prologue to Ariadne auf Naxos" by Richard Strauss. In Ariadne auf Naxos\,
  we experience how a marriage of convenience between high-brow opera and l
 ow-brow comedy can succeed. Invention triumphs and harmony prevails. Pleas
