Join Chef Aarika at Resolute Brewing’s Centennial location for a hands-on pasta-making class featuring two delicious stuffed pastas. You’ll create Pumpkin Ravioli with Brown Butter Sage Sauce and Lamb Tortellini with Marinara. Chef Aarika will walk you through working with fresh pasta dough, filling and shaping both styles, and bringing the dishes together so you can enjoy the results of your work right at the brewery.
