The show follows two lifelong pals, Marvin and Lloyd, as they spend a day in their ice shanty doing everything but catching fish. Marvin is a dreamer, anxiously awaiting a visit from a cable TV fishing show host he?s certain will turn him into a regional celebrity. Lloyd is the philosopher, currently in the doghouse after suggesting that an anniversary trip to see the Packers play the Bears was the height of romance.
