 Ritchie Valens. The second set features Buddy\, played by Nicholas Freeman
 \, performing all your favorite Holly hits backed by the red hot Big Beat 
 Band. Your ticket includes our house greens salad with choice of dressing\
 , basket of dinner rolls with butter\, and a selection of entrée options\
 , along with coffee and water. All other drinks such as alcohol\, soda\, t
 ea\, starters\, entrée upgrades and desserts are available for purchase d
 uring your Ingersoll dining experience. Dining begins TWO HOURS before sho
 wtime.\n\n**Timing of Dinner: Dinner seating begins TWO HOURS before show 
 time. *For a 1:00 pm matinee performance\, please arrive between 11:00am a
 nd 11:30am. *For a 7:30 pm evening performance\, please arrive between 5:3
