de Young Museum: Free First Tuesday

The de Young Museum is a Golden Gate Park art museum featuring American art, international contemporary art, textiles, and art from Africa, Oceania, and the Americas. General admission to the permanent-collection galleries is free to everyone on the first Tuesday of the month from 9:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. Special exhibitions may cost extra. Advance online tickets are recommended; confirm current capacity rules in Details. NearbyGrid lists this free-admission opportunity for discovery. We do not host or organize it. Free admission may cover general admission only; special exhibitions, films, rides, parking, reservations, age or residency requirements, or other activities may cost extra or have separate rules. Click Details to confirm the date, time, location, eligibility, reservation requirements, and exclusions on the venue's official page before you go.
