Fou Gallery, established in 2013, believes in the power of art to heal, transform, and foster deeper connections with oneself and the world. We create spaces where art becomes a practice of mindfulness — offering moments of tranquility, reflection, and renewal that go beyond the traditional gallery experience. We are committed to amplifying the voices of Asian diaspora artists and building a supportive community around their work. Through curated exhibitions, healing sessions, art workshops, and community gatherings, Fou nurtures a shared journey toward balance, inner peace, and a harmonious relationship with the earth. Our Fifth Avenue space hosts rotating contemporary art exhibitions alongside mindful community experiences, including Kintsugi workshops, paper lamp making, meditative Tai Chi retreats, sound healing sessions, and Wagashi Japanese sweet-making classes.
