Billing, Refunds & Cancellation

This policy explains what NearbyGrid sells, how billing works, how to cancel, and our refund terms. NearbyGrid is operated by Solstice Labs LLC (United States). The Service is for adults only (18+). By purchasing a membership you agree to these terms and to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. What We Sell

NearbyGrid offers optional paid memberships. Free accounts remain available; paid plans add features.

NearbyGrid Plus: $6.99 per week, $19.99 per month, or $89.99 per year.

NearbyGrid Unlimited: $11.99 per week, $34.99 per month, or $149.99 per year.

Paid memberships add features such as wider discovery, visibility controls, seeing who is interested in you, larger photo albums, and event perks including waitlist priority and fuller event guest-list previews. Paid plans never change who you are matched with or your placement in discovery.

All prices are in US dollars. The exact price, billing interval, and any applicable tax are shown to you at checkout before you confirm. We may change prices going forward; changes do not affect a term you have already paid for.

2. How Checkout Works

Memberships are purchased in the NearbyGrid iPhone or Android app:

  1. Choose a plan. In the app, select NearbyGrid Plus or Unlimited and a billing period. The price and billing interval are shown before you continue.
  2. Review and confirm. Apple or Google shows the exact price and renewal terms before you approve the purchase.
  3. Instant access. Once the store confirms the purchase, paid features unlock and work on Web too.

You can cancel at any time (see Section 4) and review your plan in your device's subscription settings.

3. Billing & Auto-Renewal

Weekly, monthly, and yearly memberships are recurring subscriptions. Unless you cancel, your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period and the payment method on file is charged the then-current price for that plan. Lifetime is a single one-time charge and does not renew.

Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed by Apple or Google and managed in your device's subscription settings. NearbyGrid never sees or stores your full card number.

4. How to Cancel

You can cancel any subscription at any time, and cancellation stops future renewals.

When you cancel, your paid features remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. There is no charge to cancel.

5. Refunds

All sales are final and payments are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Because access to paid features is delivered immediately, we generally do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods or unused time. If you believe you were charged in error or have a billing problem, contact [email protected] and we will review it promptly. Where local consumer law gives you a refund or withdrawal right, we honor it. Purchases made through Apple or Google are subject to those stores' refund policies and are requested through Apple or Google.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you have any concern about a charge, please contact us first at [email protected] so we can resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us can delay resolution and may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated. We keep records of purchases and account activity to help resolve disputes fairly.

7. Adults Only

Paid features, like all of NearbyGrid, are available only to verified adults (18 or older). Accounts are age-gated and may be subject to age assurance. See our Community Guidelines and Privacy Policy.
