NearbyGrid is an adults-only (18+) interactive platform. All visual content on NearbyGrid is created and uploaded by its users. Every user must confirm they are 18 or older, provide a date of birth, and may be subject to AI age-estimation selfie age assurance.
All persons who appear in any visual depiction on NearbyGrid were at least 18 years of age at the time the content was created.
With respect to any content for which NearbyGrid has record-keeping obligations under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, the records required to be maintained are kept by the Custodian of Records:

Any content depicting a minor, and any nonconsensual content (including nonconsensual intimate imagery and deepfakes), is strictly prohibited, is removed, and is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement as required by law.
