Last week, we unveiled free hosting for groups with unlimited members. Anyone who joins NearbyGrid can host their first group with as many members as they like, even on the Free plan. You don’t need a paid subscription to host unlimited members.
Other hosting apps and websites charge up to $40/month for the same ability to host unlimited members. On NearbyGrid, your first group is free, no matter how big it grows.
How can we offer it for free? Individuals can subscribe to Plus and Unlimited for more ways to discover and connect with nearby people. Those subscriptions help cover the cost of group hosting, so bringing your community together can stay free.
